Over the years, dirt and dust build up in the injection nozzles.
The O-rings harden over time. The main causes are moisture and mechanical stress.
The effects of fats, oils and heat can also intensify this development. It is a slow but inconspicuous process.

By replacing the seal repair kit as shown in our pictures, you can overhaul your injectors.
For this it is necessary to replace the leaky seals with our new and qualitative ones.

The consequences of a faulty injection nozzle can be higher fuel consumption, local overheating, especially when the faulty spray pattern becomes a thin spray and hits the piston crown.

Jerking or stuttering engine, starting difficulties and even engine damage are possible!
